The Core Four

Stacked Lasers 

Within PBM, we enhance wellness support by using red, violet, and green light together. Each color reaches a different depth and may provide unique benefits: Red supports deeper tissues such as tendons and muscles. Violet works closer to the surface, helping promote calm and cleansing support. Green is used to encourage balance and comfort. 

When all four approaches are stacked together — nutrients, light, biofeedback, and frequency — the body receives multiple levels of supportive input.
