Somalux was born out of one family's relentless pursuit of answers.


Founder Rob Howell witnessed firsthand how ineffective — and at times, harmful — traditional mental health treatment pathways could be. Despite years of trying every recommended solution, a family member’s condition remained unchanged until he turned to science-backed energy medicine.


The results were transformative. And they weren’t just a fluke. From Alzheimer’s patients walking again to his family member regaining focus, the evidence was too powerful to ignore.


Somalux.org was created to fund these wellness protocols, equip new clinicians, and ensure care flows where it’s most needed — not where billing codes allow.

OUR MISSION

To make brain, mental, and whole-body wellness accessible and effective for everyone — by funding the tools, training, and community-based delivery models that traditional healthcare forgot.

OUR VISION

We envision a world where:

  • Light, sound, biofeedback and frequency sessions are standard options — not last resorts
  • Communities control their own wellness resources
  • No one is denied care because of insurance status or income

98 cents of every dollar donated goes to local care initiatives — not overhead. Administrative costs are covered by our for-profit partner, Somalux Connect.

Experienced Fundraising Consultant with a strong track record of success in both political and nonprofit sectors. I bring over 20 years of experience building sustainable fundraising programs, cultivating major donor relationships, and driving strategic campaigns that fuel mission-driven work and political movements. Skilled in donor strategy, grassroots fundraising, event planning, grant writing, and cross-sector partnerships, I thrive at the intersection of advocacy and impact. Passionate about creating systems that inspire generosity and move meaningful work forward.
